1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Refund or Replacement
You may choose:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement of the product (subject to availability)
Shipping Charges
Funtationery will bear all return and replacement shipping costs.
Required Proof
To process your request, a parcel opening video and clear product photos are required. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Returns Due to Personal Preference
If the product is received in good condition but:
- You do not like the product
- The size does not fit
- You changed your mind
Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Method
For personal preference returns, we provide a Store Credit / Credit Note valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Cash refunds are not available for personal preference returns.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges in such cases.
3. Return Process
Reverse Pickup
Where available, we will arrange a reverse pickup service from your address.
Self-Shipping
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you will need to ship the product to our return address.
Product Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- With all original tags attached
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

5. Important Information
One-Time Exchange Policy
Only one exchange request is allowed per order.
International Orders
Currently, returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside India.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
