Exchange Policy
At Funtationery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
When Exchanges Are Accepted
- Size Issues (For Apparel)
- If the clothing item you ordered doesn’t fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size.
- Note: Exchanges depend on the availability of the desired size. If unavailable, we regretfully cannot process the exchange.
- Product Damage or Incorrect Item
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (including stationery or jewelry), you can exchange it for the same item.
Conditions for Exchanges
- Time Frame
- Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Item Condition
- Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed (for clothing), and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges cannot be accepted for items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear.
- Unboxing Video Requirement
- A 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory to initiate an exchange. This video ensures proof of the product’s condition upon receipt.
Exchange Process
- Submit your unboxing video and fill out the exchange request form. [Click here to access the form.]
- Once the video is reviewed and approved, you’ll be asked to return the product.
- Upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality check (this process takes 1–2 days).
- If the product passes the quality check, we’ll promptly dispatch the replacement item.
- If the product fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to you, and the exchange will not be processed.
Note: Incomplete or improper unboxing videos will result in the exchange request being denied.
No Return Policy
We do not offer returns. Exchanges are available only for size issues (apparel) or damaged/incorrect products (stationery and jewelry). Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
